3-day detox cleanse: light and revitalizing soup 

Ingredients :

 

– 2.5 cups of broccoli,

– 3 finely chopped celery stalks,

– 1 onion, chopped into small pieces,

– 1 cup of kale or spinach,

– 2 peeled and chopped carrots,

– 2 cups of vegetable broth,

– ½ teaspoon of sea salt,

– The juice of ½ a lemon,

– 2 teaspoons of coconut oil.

 

Preparation :

 

– In a saucepan, pour a drizzle of coconut oil, then add the onion, celery, carrots, cabbage and broccoli, and sauté everything for 5 minutes.

 

– Next, pour in the stock and simmer for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are very tender. Blend everything together to obtain a smooth, fairly thick soup.
