HOMEMADE DOUGH AND YENDER FOR CINNAMON ROLLS

Ingredient:
masa
1 cup (250 ml) warm milk (not hot)
1⁄2 cup sugar (100 g)
1 can dry yeast (7 g or 21⁄2 cditas)
2 eggs
½ cdta sal
6 cdas melted butter (75 g)
4 cups of wheat flour (approx. 480 g. )
Stuffing
1 cup of brown sugar
2 cups of cinnamon powder
Glazed
1⁄2 cream cheese bar (4 oz / 113 g)
Powdered sugar to taste
Milk to taste (according to thickness)
Chopped walnuts to taste (optional)
