Cheesy Minced Meat Casserole

1. Cook the Minced Meat

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Add minced meat and cook until browned.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Stir in tomato paste and water, then simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
3. Assemble the Casserole

Grease a baking dish with oil.
Layer half of the potatoes in the dish.
Spread the cooked minced meat evenly.
Add the remaining potatoes on top.
4. Make the Egg Mixture

Whisk together eggs, milk, and baking powder.
Pour over the casserole.

5. Bake

Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
