Step 4: Wrap the Sausages
While pancakes are still warm, place a cooked sausage in the center of each pancake. Roll the pancake around the sausage, seam side down, to keep it wrapped. Repeat for all sausages.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!
Arrange on a serving plate and drizzle with warm maple syrup, or serve syrup on the side for dipping. Optional: sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with fresh fruit for extra sweetness.
