100g of cold butter, cut into cubes
100g of grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or Emmental)
1 egg
2 tablespoons of milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika (optional)
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives or coriander
1 small carrot, finely grated (optional)

Oil for frying or baking
