Add the cheese, eggs, herbs, grated carrot and milk. Mix until smooth.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 0.5 cm.
2. Shape the sticks
Cut the dough into even strips. Lightly roll each strip with your hands to obtain a cylindrical shape, as shown in the photo.

Cooking option 1 – Deep frying: Heat the oil to 170°C (338°F) and deep fry the sticks until golden brown. Drain them on paper towels.
Option 2 – Oven: Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly golden.
