1. Cook the Pasta

  • Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.

2. Cook the Chicken Bites

  • Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
  • Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
  • Add garlic in the last minute, stir, then remove chicken from pan.
