1. Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
- Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
2. Cook the Chicken Bites
- Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken cubes with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
- Add garlic in the last minute, stir, then remove chicken from pan.
3. Make the Parmesan Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter.
- Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, bring to a gentle simmer.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- If sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
4. Combine Pasta and Chicken
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Return chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Simmer 1–2 minutes to meld flavors.
