Instructions

Peel the garlic cloves and gently crush them to release their natural oils.

Place the cloves in a small, clean glass jar or bottle.

Pour in the olive oil, making sure the garlic is fully covered.

Seal the jar and let it rest for at least 24 hours in a cool, dark place. This allows the flavors and natural compounds to mingle.

Use a spoonful of this infused oil over bread, salads, or warm vegetables—or simply enjoy a few drops with warm water in the morning.
