Sugar-free dessert for a slim body
Products:
240 ml almond milk
60 g chia seeds
50 g walnuts
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
100 g prunes
1 fresh yellow apple
Preparation:
Add the chia seeds to a bowl with the almond milk, mix well and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the seeds to swell.
Put the walnuts, sesame seeds, prunes and apple in a blender, then add the chia seed and almond milk mixture.
Blend until smooth.
Serve the dessert immediately or store it in the refrigerator for later.
