Karpatka Cake: Polish gourmet mountain with vanilla cream

🥄 Step 1: Prepare the two choux pastries

In a saucepan, bring the water, milk, butter and a pinch of salt to a boil.

Off the heat, add the flour all at once and mix briskly.

Return to low heat and dry the dough for about 1 to 2 minutes, until it comes away from the sides.

Let cool for 5 minutes, then add the eggs one by one, mixing well between each.

Spread the first half of the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper (do not smooth it too much to keep an uneven appearance).
