Karpatka Cake: Polish gourmet mountain with vanilla cream

Place one of the two choux pastries as a base in a mold or pastry ring.

Spread the vanilla cream evenly.

Carefully place the second choux pastry on top, “bumpy” side up.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
