03 -> Add the milk and melted butter, mixing well.
04 -> Sift the wheat flour and yeast over the mixture and gently incorporate.
05 -> If you wish, add lemon zest for a special touch.
06 -> Pour the batter into the greased mold and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
07 -> After baking, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before unmolding.
Tip: Serve with a topping of your choice or simply sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
