Step-by-step preparation:
Place the 2 cups of water in a pot and bring it to a boil.
Add the sliced ginger, star anise, cloves, and cinnamon stick.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, cover the pot and let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain the infusion and add honey if you want a more pleasant flavor.
How to take it
: On an empty stomach: One cup every morning for 7 to 10 days.
At night: You can have another cup before going to sleep to enhance its cleansing effect.
