Gently heat the olive oil (do not let it boil). Add the rosemary and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Let it cool, strain it, and store it in a glass jar.
Massage 1 tablespoon of the oil into your knees, legs, or aching joints every night. For deeper relief, wrap your body in a warm cloth (optional). Use daily: many patients feel lighter and more agile after just a few days!
☕ Optional internal remedy (rosemary tea)
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary,
1 cup of hot water.
Let it steep for 10 minutes, strain and drink once a day to improve circulation and reduce internal inflammation (especially useful for joint care).
