Chicken is one of the most popular food items in households – affordable, delicious, and easy to prepare.

However, despite being one of the most commonly used meats, there are several parts of chicken that experts strongly advise against eating. Many people love them, but they are unaware that they can contain dangerous parasites and bacteria that pose a health risk.

Although it is considered a light and healthy food, chicken requires proper preparation and special attention. There are parts that are traditionally used in some households, but are actually the riskiest.

  • Chicken livers: Experts consider this part of the chicken to be the most dangerous. The lungs are full of bacteria and parasites, and even high-temperature cooking cannot completely destroy them. • Chicken tail: Although many people like it and consider it a delicacy, chicken tail is one of the most contaminated parts. It accumulates a large number of harmful microorganisms that can have a serious negative impact on health, especially if consumed frequently.
